Return Eligibility

- All original tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and packaging are intact.

- The item is not listed as non-returnable.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to product availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Kindly include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label (if applicable)
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Consumable goods
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Clearance, final sale, or explicitly marked non-returnable items
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, NAITRA will bear the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise communicated.
